All refund and replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of the delivery or pickup time recorded in our system. Flowers are a perishable product and may be impacted by environmental factors outside our control once delivered or picked up. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for issues reported beyond the 24-hour period, or for flowers that were not properly cared for after delivery. Proof of purchase and photographic evidence are required for all claims.
Refund Policy - The Basics
At Earth Garden Flower Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your flowers, we offer a replacement or refund within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. To qualify, customers must contact us within the 24-hour window and provide a photo of the arrangement. Replacements will be delivered at no additional cost within our service area. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
