• Damage to flowers after successful delivery or pickup, including but not limited to prolonged exposure to heat, cold, or lack of water.

• Any allergies or adverse reactions caused by flowers or plants. It is the responsibility of the recipient to be aware of any sensitivities.

• Loss, theft, or damage to arrangements after they have been delivered to the specified address or picked up by the customer.

1. Order Accuracy – Please review your order details carefully before submitting. Earth Garden Flower Shop is not responsible for incorrect recipient names, addresses, or delivery times provided by the customer.

2. Payment – All payments must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise arranged.

3. Delivery & Pickup – Deliveries are made according to our Delivery Policy, and pickups follow our Pickup Policy.

4. Product Variations – Flowers are natural products and may vary slightly in color, size, or shape from images shown. Substitutions may be made with equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Cancellations – Orders canceled more than 24 hours before scheduled delivery or pickup may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are not guaranteed a refund.
