Earth Garden Flower Shop is not responsible for flowers left unattended after delivery. Once arrangements are delivered to the recipient or left at the designated location per delivery instructions, all liability for theft, damage, or neglect transfers to the recipient.
We take great care to ensure quality and freshness at the time of delivery. Environmental factors, handling, and care after delivery are outside of our control.

Shipping Policy - The Basics 

We ship nationwide within the United States using trusted carriers. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 3 business days, depending on destination. Shipping times may be affected by holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. We take great care to ensure flowers arrive fresh and well-packaged with water sources for hydration during transit.

Delivery Policy

For local deliveries, our drivers will wait up to 2 minutes at the delivery address. If no one answers, flowers will be left safely at the doorstep or designated drop-off location with water to keep them fresh. It is imperative that flowers are brought inside promptly to ensure longevity. If the sender provides permission, we will contact the recipient by phone or text to inform them that their flowers have been delivered. Earth Garden Flower Shop is not liable for flowers left unattended after delivery.

Pickup Policy

Earth Garden Flower Shop offers scheduled pickup from our designated pickup locations. At the time of purchase, customers will be assigned a specific pickup time window to ensure their flowers are fresh and ready. Please arrive within your assigned window to maintain flower quality and avoid scheduling conflicts. Orders not picked up within 30 minutes of the assigned time may be moved to the next available pickup slot or canceled without refund. We cannot guarantee the freshness of flowers picked up late. A government-issued photo ID or order confirmation is required at pickup.
