We Review Your Request
Our team reviews applications based on mission alignment, community impact, event needs, feasibility, and available annual resources.
We Create a Giving Plan
If approved, we'll let you know exactly what Earth Garden is able to contribute.

Support may include a full floral donation, partial floral contribution, community pricing, or another form of partnership.
We Bring the Garden to Your Event
Once your contribution is confirmed, our team coordinates the floral details with you and creates the approved designs.

OUR ANNUAL COMMITMENT
Giving With Intention.
Earth Garden maintains a defined annual Community Giving allocation.
This allows us to give generously while continuing to responsibly serve our customers, our team, and the organizations we support.
Because our annual resources are limited, approval is not guaranteed simply because an application is submitted.
We consider each request individually.
Once our annual giving allocation has been committed, additional requests may be placed on a waitlist or considered for the following year.
BEFORE YOU APPLY
A Few Things to Know
To help us serve organizations well, please keep the following in mind:

Lead Time Matters
We recommend submitting requests at least 30 days before your event.
​
Larger installations or complex floral designs may require 60–90 days of advance notice.
​
​
Availability Matters
Our ability to fulfill a request depends on our floral inventory, production schedule, delivery capacity, and annual giving allocation.

A Request Is Not an Approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee a donation or contribution.
​
We May Offer an Alternative
If we cannot fulfill your original request, we may offer community pricing, partial support, or another option when possible.
​
One Organization May Not Receive Unlimited Support
To serve more organizations throughout the year, recurring requests may be limited.

What Happens Next?

Our team will review your request and contact you if additional information is needed.
If your request is approved, we'll provide a written confirmation outlining:
