    About the Role:
    As the face of Earth Garden during every delivery, you’ll connect our luxury floral arrangements to the individuals and businesses who depend on them. You’ll represent our commitment to peace, hospitality, and intentional service. Each delivery is an experience—your role is to make sure it arrives safely, beautifully, and with grace.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver floral arrangements to homes, hotels, and corporate partners with exceptional customer care

    • Ensure safe transport and proper handling of delicate, high-end arrangements

    • Assist with light in-shop tasks as needed (prep, arranging, packaging)

    • Maintain delivery logs and follow route schedules

    • Communicate professionally with clients and team members

    • Represent our brand values of calm, kindness, and excellence

    Qualifications:

    • Valid driver’s license + clean driving record

    • Reliable vehicle preferred

    • Punctual, professional, and customer-service oriented

    • Able to lift floral buckets/arrangements as needed

    About the Role:
    Our visuals define our brand. As our photographer, you’ll capture the soul of Earth Garden—calming floral compositions, luxury textures, behind-the-scenes artistry, hotel partnerships, community activations, and more. Your photography will appear across campaigns, social media, websites, and print.

    Responsibilities:

    • Photograph floral arrangements, products, spaces, and events in Earth Garden’s signature aesthetic

    • Edit images with consistent color, tone, and luxury-inspired styling

    • Create content for campaigns, partnerships, and seasonal collections

    • Collaborate with marketing and floral design teams

    • Deliver photos in a timely manner

    Qualifications:

    • Strong portfolio showcasing product, lifestyle, or floral photography

    • Ability to capture minimal, peaceful, luxury environments

    • Skilled in editing tools (Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.)

    • Organized and able to meet deadlines

    • Understands brand consistency and high-end creative direction

    Department: HQ Operations & External Partnerships

    About the Role:
    You will drive Earth Garden’s relationships with hotels, wellness brands, corporate clients, and community organizations. As the Partnership Coordinator, you’ll nurture new collaborations, oversee active accounts, and ensure every partnership receives the calm, thoughtful, luxury service we’re known for.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage hotel, corporate, and community partner accounts

    • Develop partnership proposals and renewal strategies

    • Coordinate service schedules, deliveries, and brand activations

    • Maintain warm, solution-oriented communication with partners

    • Track partnership performance and prepare reports for leadership

    • Support cross-departmental projects with Marketing & Events

    Qualifications:

    • Strong communication and hospitality skills

    • Experience in partnerships, client relations, hospitality, or customer service

    • Highly organized with a strategic mindset

    • Able to work independently and collaboratively

    About the Role:
    Earth Garden events blend luxury florals with peaceful, memorable experiences. The Event Coordinator supports the planning and execution of corporate installs, hotel activations, brand events, self-care pop-ups, and seasonal floral experiences.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with planning small- and large-scale floral events

    • Coordinate event logistics, timelines, and vendor communication

    • Support event setup and breakdown

    • Work with the floral team to bring design concepts to life

    • Maintain event documents, schedules, and client communications

    • Ensure events reflect our brand’s calming, luxurious identity

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in events, hospitality, or project coordination

    • Calm under pressure; organized and detail-oriented

    • Comfortable with light physical work during event setup

    • Excellent communicator with a service-first mindset

    • Creative, dependable, and aligned with brand values
